5. Transfer of Risk and Physical Possession

For all customers purchasing within applicable European and United Kingdom markets, the legal risk of accidental loss, damage, or deterioration of the goods transfers exclusively to the customer only when the consumer, or a designated third party authorised by the consumer for receipt purposes, takes physical possession of the tangible products.

6. EU/UK Statutory Right of Withdrawal & Returns
